Mediation services extended to all EUTM and registered EUD disputes


From 2 June 2025, the EUIPO extends its mediation services to all inter partes proceedings involving EU trade marks or designs before the Office. These services are:

- Voluntary
- Free of charge
- Available fully online
- Fast, confidential & business-focused

Resolve your IP conflicts efficiently and amicably with the EUIPO Mediation Centre - now available in EUTM opposition and cancellation as well as registered EUD invalidity proceedings.
