New Guidelines for Examination of Computer Related Inventions published


The Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM) is pleased to announce the publication of the NEW GUIDELINES FOR EXAMINATION OF COMPUTER RELATED INVENTIONS (CRIs) – 2025. This release marks a significant step in clarifying and streamlining the examination process for CRIs, offering better clarity over the earlier CRI Guidelines.
