Revised trademark fees now in force


The Trademark Office in Baghdad has started collecting revised official fees for trademark services as of May 6, 2026.

The fee increase was introduced by Decision No. 26038 of 2026, published in the Iraqi Gazette on March 30, 2026. The new fees apply to trademark services under Law No. 21 of 1957. Fees in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq remain unchanged.
