Madrid e-Filing now available


Brazil has joined WIPO’s Madrid e-Filing service, allowing international trademark applications to be filed and processed digitally.

Brazil is the first country in Latin America to offer the service, bringing the total number of Madrid System members using Madrid e-Filing to 41.

The online service enables applicants to file international applications, communicate with the Office of Origin, and receive and respond to WIPO irregularity notices electronically, making the process faster and more efficient.
